For New Clients:
- 15 minute phone conference with Shauna, the Tax Goddess
- 30 minute phone/in person conference with Shauna, the Tax Goddess (do NOT use to drop off tax docs)
- 1 hour Consulting meeting with Shauna, the Tax Goddess
- when there is a pressing issue that you need a little more time for, or a face to face to really convey
For Existing Clients or Networking Partners:
Meeting with Shauna, The Tax Goddess (Owner, Senior Tax Adviser, Counsel & Advisory Meetings)
- 15 minute phone conference with Shauna, the Tax Goddess
- 30 minute phone/in person conference with Shauna, the Tax Goddess (do NOT use to drop off tax docs)
- 1 hour Consulting meeting with Shauna, the Tax Goddess
- when there is a pressing issue that you need a little more time for, or a face to face to really convey
- 1.5 hour Tax Planning meeting with Shauna, the Tax Goddess
- use this appointment link for Mid-Year planning appointments or Year-End planning appointments to make sure your business and personal taxes are ‘On Track’
- Schedule a breakfast/lunch/dinner/coffee with Shauna: 1.5 hour networking event
Meeting with Roger (Senior Tax Preparer)
- 30 min phone conference
- 1 hr in person meeting (for clients with 1 or 2 tax returns)
- 1.5 hr in person meeting (for larger tax return clients or clients with 2+ tax returns)
Meeting with Tina (Tax Preparer, Head Bookkeeper)
- 30 min phone conference
- 1 hr in person meeting (for clients with 1 or 2 tax returns)
- 1.5 hr in person meeting (for larger tax return clients or clients with 2+ tax returns)
- 2 hr QB One on One Training Course
Meeting with HollyJo (Tax Preparer)
- 30 min phone conference
- 1 hr in person meeting (for clients with 1 or 2 tax returns)
- 1.5 hr in person meeting (for larger tax return clients or clients with 2+ tax returns)
Meeting with Jason (Bookkeeper)
- 30 min phone conference
- 1 hr in person meeting (for larger bookkeeping issues)
Administrative Data Drop Off with Carla (Administrative Assistant)
- 30 minute Documents Drop off meeting with Carla, InBound Tax Assistant, to review administrative documents (engagement letters, Bio Sheets, etc.)
